french toast recipe

just copas from my homework, enjoy BTW :D

French toast recipe

ingredients:
-bread 4 slice
- 1 cup of Milk
-1 large egg
-1 teaspoon of coffee
- 2 tablespoon of sugar
- a hot water
How to make:
- Break the egg, the whisk it together with milk
-brew the coffee, and mix it to the batter
-slice bread to the 4 parts, then soak it to the batter
-heat the stove into medium level, wait the oil  until hot
- deep fry the bread, wait it until turned brown
- strain the oil from the bread
-Serve the french toast with garnish (strawberry, banana or brown sugar)
